Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on enterprise IT consolidation strategies, governance frameworks, and service delivery models across DOT OAs.
• Evaluate current-state and target-state organizational structure and service catalogs; identify gaps and provide optimization recommendations.
• Design operational models and process reengineering strategies to shift from project-centric to product-centric delivery of IT shared services.
• Evaluate current-state IT environments and target-state cloud/data center consolidation plans.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate redundancies, optimize operational efficiency, and realize cost savings.
• Assist in evaluating IT migration roadmaps, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare technical briefs, participate in cross-agency groups, and advise leadership on change enablement for consolidated, product-aligned services.
