SAP America, Inc. seeks an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist at our Allen, TX location to design and develop systems, applications, products and services to optimize/automate business processes, improve work efficiency.
Provide the expert support in operations. Facilitate the service lifecycle and product lifecycle. Deliver outcomes of assigned projects. Enhance complex systems/processes. Represent SAP to customers. Advocate for the end user by having a deep understanding of end user needs, behaviors & usage patterns. Promote the role of User Experience, thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies & practices, and integrate those into current and future development efforts. Execute technical feasibility studies / solution reviews. Engage with business stakeholders and other technology teams to deliver solutions to business requirements. Perform complex data and system development along with technology integration through learned technology coding languages. Facilitate the system / service / product lifecycle, and ensure stable, secure, performant and high available operations for and between system and cloud services. Facilitate agile engagement with the business. Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Experience must include four (4) years involving each of the following:

The annual base salary range for this position is $141,336 - $195,976. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step towards demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $141,336 - $222,700. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
