Job summary

Bravens Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ampcus Inc., seeks a Technology Architect to lead ETL and data quality initiatives in Houston. The role focuses on designing and implementing enterprise data integration solutions to support the Sales Compensation platform transformation from Varicent to Captivate.

You will define data flows, mappings, and governance across SAP, Oracle HR, Salesforce, payroll systems and MAS feeds.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data integration architecture projects.
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound data exchanges across SAP, Oracle HR, Salesforce and payroll systems.
• Experience with Varicent to Captivate migrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise data integration solutions for Sales Compensation platform transformation.

The Data Integration Architect will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise data integration solutions supporting WM's Sales Compensation platform transformation from Varicent to Captivate.

The role is responsible for defining integration architecture, data flows, transformation frameworks, source-to-target mappings, and governance standards for inbound and outbound data exchanges across SAP, Oracle HR, Salesforce, payroll systems, MAS feeds, and other enterprise applications
