Manages installation and troubleshooting of systems and hardware and implements new technology and programs, and monitors systems daily.**Roles and Responsibilities:****ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** Works with corporate IT and external support providers to provide holistic technology support for facility.* Serves as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance. Regularly interfaces with vendors/staff to resolve problems, responds to inquiries.* Configures all new PC’s in a timely, efficient and effective manner to network and system standards. Installs any software upgrades as needed.* Provides basic diagnostic evaluation, troubleshoots problems in a timely manner, and initiates any necessary equipment repair and vendor involvement as necessary.* Determines the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.* Provides accurate information on IT products or services.* Records events and problems and their resolution in ticket system.
