Skylands Energy Service Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable IT Technician to maintain our computer systems, networks, and equipment for peak performance. You will also create and maintain internal webpages used by employees and provide IT support across the organization.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and clear communication to assist colleagues with their IT needs and to help design new webpage interfaces.

Qualifications

Scheduling:

In-office hours 8:00am-5:00pm 4 days a week, the 5th day is 2nd shift. On call availability required for weekend emergencies.

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Technician to join our team. As the IT Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our computer systems, networks, and equipment are operating at peak performance. You will also be creating and maintaining our internal webpages used by fellow employees. You will also handle IT support requests and assist colleagues with their IT needs; including but not limited to general helpdesk, running reports and basic data analysis, and designing new webpage interfaces. Your role is vital to the smooth operation of our company and allowing us to reach our business goals. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
