Total Site Solutions, Georgetown, TX,is searching for a drivenIT Tech. The IT Technician plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the technological infrastructure of an organization. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer hardware, software, and network systems to support business functions effectively. The IT Technician will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance. They will also assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and software applications across various platforms, including Windows and macOS. Ultimately, this role ensures that end-users have reliable access to technology resources, enabling productivity and operational continuity.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role in computer hardware and software support.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and macOS.
  • Experience with network administration, including wireless networking and network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
  • Experience with enterprise-level network environments and security protocols.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud services.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
