DLA Piper LLP (US) in Austin seeks a desk-side IT support professional responsible for hardware and software assistance to end users. The role includes installing software, imaging devices, and providing both onsite and remote support.

This position provides desk-side computer support, including hardware and software assistance, to end users.
This position is located in our Austin office.
High School or GED
2 years' experience providing support to end users, troubleshooting hardware/software issues and installing PC and peripheral equipment.

Sedentary work: This is primarily sedentary work, requiring occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. The role involves sitting for extended periods, with occasional walking and standing, and occasional travel, both domestic and international.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement combining remote and in‑office work. The specific arrangement will be determined at the time of hiring and may be modified at the firm’s discretion.
The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $37.50/hr - $48.75/hr, depending on the candidate’s geographic location, experience, skills, educational background, and overall qualifications.
