Job summary

Bravens Inc. in Milwaukee is seeking a GenRocket Synthetic Test Data Engineer with 8–10 years of experience to build enterprise-grade test data capabilities using GenRocket and GenAI-assisted approaches.

You will collaborate with enterprise, application, and data teams to translate source data structures into reusable GenRocket data models, develop scenarios, and integrate with test automation and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in synthetic test data engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with GenRocket and synthetic data generation concepts.
• Experience enabling enterprise data models and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operationalize an enterprise synthetic test data generation capability.
• Collaborate with enterprise, application, and data teams to understand source data structures, schemas, relationships, business rules, constraints, and data dependencies, and translate them into reusable data models consumable by GenRocket.
• Configure and develop GenRocket scenarios to generate realistic and referentially consistent test data.
• Support integration with test automation and CICD pipelines.
• Leverage GenAIAI-assisted techniques for data discovery, schema and relationship analysis, datamodel generation, testdata scenario creation, and validation.
