Morley is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Saginaw, Michigan. This hybrid role combines on-site work 95% of the time with occasional remote work, supporting associates with PC hardware, software, and email systems.
You will troubleshoot, deploy, and maintain desktop environments, while assisting system and network admins and ensuring secure, well-documented operations.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll help Morley associates with all their computing needs.
Using your problem-solving skills and technical know-how, you'll help find solutions to technical issues.
Your work will enable associates to provide great service to our Fortune 500 clients, and make sure they can work in an efficient and safe environment.

This is a hybrid role. You'll work on site at our Saginaw, Michigan, campus 95% of the time, and will work from home periodically.
While on site, you'll work in a friendly, casual environment at our corporate office in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants. You’ll also have access to our free on-site workout facility and enjoy perks such as tickets to local events.
Provide help desk and desktop application support
Troubleshoot, upgrade and maintain PC desktop and laptop systems and peripherals
Support System and Network Administrators in daily workloads
Ensure that all desktop and laptop systems:
Are properly configured and tested before deployment
Have system connectivity and accessibility
Are tested and verified after deployment
Provide operational documentation as needed for common operational tasks
Provide all desktop operational support
Implement security systems that will provide detection, prevention, containment and deterrence mechanisms to protect and maintain data integrity
Support compliance in the areas of system security, user access, resource access and authentication
Escalate items as needs require
Assist in supporting all corporate email systems, calendaring and scheduling software
Accept and execute all related and / or associated assignments and responsibilities as instructed by senior management
A positive, self-starter attitude with a solid work ethic, strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
Familiar with:
Windows 10 and 11
Microsoft Office
Various web browsers
Printers
Active Directory
Remote desktop
Some networking skills
Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Ticketing system experience
Proven expertise in supporting currently installed hardware platforms
Associate degree in computer science (or related field) - OR - one or more years of experience in computer support plus a high school diploma or equivalent
Able to work on site in Saginaw, Michigan, a majority of the time
Able to work the following hours:
8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time
Monday - Friday
On occasion, after-hours or weekend support may be needed for high-priority or timely projects
