Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
Significant experience supporting and maintaining Windows and Macintosh computer hardware systems and software.
Working knowledge of endpoint management tools like BigFix, JAMF, or Microsoft Intune.
Responsibilities
Ensure continuous and secure operations of CNRE’s IT systems.
Provide day-to-day proactive support for CNRE faculty, staff, and students.
Participate in various projects in collaboration with CNRE IT leadership.
