You’ll work across servers, networks, Microsoft 365, identity, backups, telecom, and endpoint platforms as part of a close-knit IT team. This position is full-time and on-site at our Coppell, TX headquarters.

The work is hands-on. You will own projects from planning through go-live, dig into escalated problems, become the person your teammates come to about the systems you run, and share after-hours callback for critical issues affecting the dispatch center or core infrastructure.
