Job summary

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is seeking an IT Business Services Analyst to deliver operational, product, and technology support across assigned systems. This role provides Level 3 application support, ensuring reliability, uptime, and efficient issue resolution.

The analyst will contribute to system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing performance improvements, working with IT teams and vendors in a 24/7 environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field is required.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Information Technology.
• Project management or coordination experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in a 24/7 environment; troubleshoot complex issues with IT teams and vendors.
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Foster relationships with internal customers, leadership, vendors, and support teams.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improved systems to reduce costs.
• Collaborate within IT to deliver full-stack solutions and support discovery phases.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and quality assurance including UAT support.
• Create and maintain system documentation, manuals, and training materials; train end-users.
• Plan projects, track progress, manage changes, and report status across multiple departments.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
