Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with analysis, design, programming, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and maintenance of software systems.
• Preferred experience with relational databases and multiple programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Performs system or data analysis and troubleshooting at the help desk.
• Manages small to medium projects autonomously with knowledge of project management methods.
• Provides training documentation and/or training for transition to support.
• Monitors system activities and escalates issues as needed.
• Communicates effectively in writing and orally; delivers professional customer service.
