Job summary

ITW Performance Polymers in Danvers, MA is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our fast-paced IT team. You will analyze ERP (SysPro) issues, design and deploy customizations, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes with autonomy.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with EDI and Warehouse Management Systems. Power BI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SysPro in manufacturing.
• Experience with EDI systems and partner integrations.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and reporting tools (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot ERP (SysPro) issues reported by end users.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, interfaces, and extensions for the existing systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Provide support and maintenance for the ERP system and related integrated applications.
• Develop and maintain system documentation for changes and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
• Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
• Assist in managing and implementing updates and upgrades.
• Interface with different departments within the company.
• Promote, support, and adhere to all safety, environmental and quality related policies and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

• Experience working with EDI systems and partners.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflows and processes to identify process inefficiencies and improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines seamlessly.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.

Compensation Information

The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
