Talentify seeks an IT Systems Specialist to support DNRC's technology environment in Helena, MT. You will provide both basic and advanced IT support for software, hardware, and system access, working with SITSD and vendors to implement solutions that ensure stability and security.

Responsibilities include server and device administration, patching, and documentation, with a focus on efficient IT operations and user satisfaction within a government agency context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or related field plus four years IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, PowerShell and SCCM.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for end users and teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and deliver quality support.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT system administration and end-user support for servers, workstations, and mobile devices.
• Manage access, security settings, and system configurations across DNRC environments.
• Install, image, update, and maintain server and client software and hardware.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft AD, Windows, Office, and related tools.
• Coordinate with vendors and SITSD for issue resolution and deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guidelines.
