Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality
• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all supported systems and devices
• Implement security measures to safeguard against cyber threats and data breaches
• Collaborate with other IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues
• Troubleshoot problems across multiple platforms (Windows/Linux) and technologies (Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services like Office 365 and Azure
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
