  • Support identity and access management through Okta, Google Workspace, and related authentication technologies.
  • Assist with provisioning, deprovisioning, and troubleshooting user accounts, devices, and permissions while following IAM best practices.
  • Support cloud‑based infrastructure and services across platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and other enterprise cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux operating system issues across both end‑user and server environments.
  • Assist with networking troubleshooting involving DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching, Wi‑Fi, and connectivity issues.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Security, Networking, and IT Support teams to resolve cross‑functional incidents.
  • Document technical procedures, create knowledge base articles, and improve operational workflows.
  • Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, system upgrades, and technology rollouts.
  • Maintain security best practices and assist with compliance initiatives where applicable.
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation or after‑hours support as required.
