GSI is looking for a Systems Administrator I/II to own the reliability, performance, and security of our on‑premises and cloud infrastructure. This is a hands‑on technical role, but it’s also a proving ground. We are not hiring for adequacy — we are hiring for excellence: candidates with the intellectual horsepower, resilience, and results orientation to take extreme ownership of GSI's systems and scale into senior engineering or IT leadership. Outcomes matter more than hours logged or tickets closed.
Level (I or II) is determined by the candidate's demonstrated experience and technical depth.
This is an on‑site role based at GSI's Westminster, CO headquarters, on our hybrid schedule; candidates willing to relocate to Westminster or work from one of GSI's remote office hubs are preferred. Night and weekend work as needed to complete maintenance during non‑business hours. Must be able to lift and move IT equipment.

US pay range for this role.
$71,000—$88,000 USD
