Job summary

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington, part of Asbury Automotive Group, is seeking an IT Support Tier I Technician for the Worcester Market. You will provide end-user IT support, help with software, hardware and network issues, and work within established policies and procedures.

Candidates should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of Windows and MS applications, and familiarity with ITIL foundations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and time-management skills.

• Cisco Call Manager experience a plus; automotive software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I end-user IT support and resolve software, hardware and network issues.
• Triages Level II/III incidents and service requests; documents progress.
• Resolves hardware, software, and network-related incidents.
• Collaborates with IT teams and dealership personnel to improve services.
• Supports continual service improvement and multi-tasking across projects.
