Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and ITIL framework.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Service Desk operations, leading a team of up to 10 IT Support staff.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets, SLA compliance, and effective workload distribution.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide hands-on support for critical incidents.
• Lead regional IT projects, document policies, and align teams with service levels.
• Maintain ITAR/EAR compliance and security standards across multiple sites.
