Framebridge Inc. in San Marcos, TX is seeking an IT Support Specialist – Manufacturing Operations to keep plant operations running. You will provide day-to-day IT support for manufacturing staff, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and support plant devices and CNC equipment.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and IT teams, document incidents, and drive practical improvements to reduce downtime while maintaining security and reliability on the factory floor.

The IT Support Specialist provides day-to-day support for plant employees, production technology, network connectivity, workstations, printers, scanners and other technology used throughout the manufacturing environment.The right person is comfortable working directly on the plant floor, troubleshooting issues quickly and working with plant teams, IT partners and vendors to minimize operational downtime.
