Salary and Remote Work

• Salary – Negotiated based on skill level.
• Remote work – Negotiable based on geography and skill level.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and support network components.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer trouble inquiries.
  • Coordinate with third‑party carriers and vendors to resolve network trouble.
  • Maintain service order tickets and keep them up to date with accurate and detailed information.
  • Be part of a 24x7x365 support team with on‑call duties.
Qualifications
  • Understanding of basic networking and VoIP.
