The expected hourly pay range for this part‑time role is $32.00–$42.00 per hour (scheduled for approximately 20–25 hours per week). This range represents Lumenci’s good‑faith estimate based on the Austin, Texas market and is intended as a general guide. An individual's actual starting wage will be determined by factors including relevant hands‑on IT support experience, technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, CompTIA), depth of systems administration expertise, and demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
