Job summary

Amazon Ops Tech Solutions is seeking an IT Support Engineer I to implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software. You’ll troubleshoot straightforward issues and contribute to continuous improvement of IT solutions.

You will engage with cross-functional teams, manage local technical projects, and support infrastructure systems during production hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
• 2+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
• 2+ years PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
• 2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
• 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
• 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling and systems administration in various software and hardware environments
• Ensuring infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours
• Interacting with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions
• Managing local technical projects

About The Role

As an IT Support Engineer I, you will use your knowledge and specialized skills to implement technical solutions and provide high quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software. You are able to determine when it is appropriate to deviate from a standard practice to accomplish the desired result. You can troubleshoot and solve straightforward problems that do not have defined SOPs.
