Job summary

Lynk Global is seeking an IT Support Engineer to be the primary contact for end-user technical issues, providing hands-on hardware and software support, systems administration, and user training. This role is based in Chevy Chase, MD with some travel to Chantilly, VA; hybrid work 2–3 days onsite.

Responsibilities include provisioning hardware, managing AD and Office 365, configuring software, and maintaining asset inventory. Strong customer service and ITAR awareness are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience providing end user technical support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and macOS operating systems.
• Experience managing users and groups in Active Directory and Office 365.
• Experience using MDM platforms such as ManageEngine or Intune or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.

Job Summary

The IT Support Engineer will serve as the primary point of contact for end user technical issues at Lynk Global, ensuring staff have the tools and support they need to work effectively. This role combines hands-on hardware and software support with systems administration, asset management, and user training. This position is based from our office in Chevy Chase, MD and will require some travel to our offices in Chantilly, VA as needed. (Hybrid requirement-2-3 days onsite per week)

ITAR Requirements

To comply with U.S. Government export control regulations (ITAR), applicants must be one of the following: (i) a U.S. citizen or national, (ii) a lawful permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) a refugee under 8 U.S.C.
