Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team with resolving technical problems in Amazon operations facilities across a defined geographic area. You will support IT infrastructure, participate in career development opportunities, and help deliver fast, accurate service to customers.

The role includes troubleshooting IT equipment, assisting in training new hires, and traveling within the local/regional area to support customers.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
