CGS Federal is seeking an IT Subject Matter Expert in Boston with remote/hybrid options and potential work in Philadelphia. You will analyze complex IT systems, define procedures, and deliver training materials for diverse audiences.

The role requires deep Oracle tech experience, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to drive system upgrades and governance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in OBIEE, Oracle Forms and Reports, PL/SQL, Unix, and Agile practices, with US citizenship

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience with OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain a clearance.
• Knowledge of data governance, data management, data modeling, data cleansing, data migration and data integration.
• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL and related Oracle technologies.
• Experience with Agile Methodology and Data Analytics tools (ADVANA) is highly desirable.
• Experience with UNIX OS, Java, SFTO, and Oracle APEX is highly desirable.

IT Subject Matter Expert Boston, MA / Remote / Hybrid / Philadelphia, PA Information Technology / Full Time On-Site / On-site As an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME), for CGS, you will provide expertise in application and systems software to a variety of key stakeholders. You will undertake an analysis of complex hardware, software, and telecommunication systems in order to help define processes and procedures for use cases across departments. To do so, you will assist with and consult on the design, development, documentation, and delivery of standard operating procedures, presentations, and insight/training materials to a wide range of audiences. A successful candidate for this position must possess a high degree of technical experience and performance in situations requiring a broad range of knowledge and skills. • Knowledge of data governance, data management, data modeling, data cleansing, data extraction and transformation, data analysis, data migration, data integration, and data mapping
• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL
• Experience with Agile Methodology is highly desired
• Experience with Data Analytics tools, (i.e.: ADVANA) is highly desired
• Experience with a UNIX OS is highly desired
• Experience with Java is highly desired
• Experience with SFTO is highly desired
