Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a clearance.
• Knowledge of data management and data integration.
• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Assess and redefine procedures using your knowledge and best practices.
• Work with stakeholders to enhance understanding of agency systems.
• Coordinate program goals, requirements, and innovation projects.
• Provide recommendations for IT systems improvements.
• Develop procedures, manuals, and documentation for processes.
