Job summary

Synertex LLC in Bethesda, MD seeks a strategic IT SME with Cloud and Enterprise Architecture expertise to guide government programs. This full-time, on-site role combines technical leadership with advisory responsibilities.

You will collaborate with government PMs, develop CONOPs, and ensure performance, security, and data protection across portfolios. A TS/SCI with Poly is required, with extensive IC experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly.
• Bachelor's degree with 14+ years (or Master's with 12+; PhD/JD with 9+).
• 3-5 years of experience in an IC Agency, preferably ODNI.
• 3+ years hands-on Cloud and Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Experience with IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in creating, updating, maintaining, and visualizing software architecture and data.
• Provide technical documentation to support architecture including CONOPs.
• Serve as technical liaison on performance, availability, redundancy, data protection, and information security.
• Collaborate with customers to evaluate mission drivers, identify challenges, define mitigation strategies, assess applications, develop transition plans, and support Cloud initiatives.
• Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and environments, and guidance on complex implementations.
• Assist the customer with technical oversight of the Service Provider(s) for the portfolio.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of IT requirements, design, and technology.
• Interact with Government regarding systems engineering IT considerations and related issues.
