Job summary

Orion Consortium, LLC. is seeking qualified candidates for a strategic planning role supporting a forthcoming contract at Fort Meade, MD. The position is a pipeline opening with staffing beginning in November 2026, contingent on final requirements.

TS/SCI with Full-Scope polygraph clearance is required. Responsibilities include shaping large-scale project plans, defining mission and vision, and delivering measurable outcomes and documented planning artifacts in a complex IT/renovation

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale projects or enterprise IT initiatives is preferred.
• Ability to develop mission and vision statements and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Form 300 is a plus.

Description

Provide strategic planning of large projects or a significant segment of a strategic planning portion of a large complex project (e.g., IT, renovation, move, etc.). Provide the overall approach to clarify mission statements so they can be used as springboards in envisioning their desired future. Assist in developing mission and vision statements, subsequent goal delineation, provide guidance for building operational plans and specifying measurable outcomes to include capital outlay planning efforts in a consolidated strategic planning process and prioritizes those initiatives. Assist in preparation of key strategic planning documentation, including Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Form 300.
