DC Army National Guard in Ohio seeks an Information Technology Specialist to manage and secure military networks, handle messages and data, and support logistics systems. You’ll learn to troubleshoot systems and build firewalls while earning a paycheck.

Training includes 10 weeks of Basic and 20 weeks of Advanced Individual Training, with tuition assistance and benefits. This path leads to civilian IT opportunities after service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to enlist in Army National Guard.
• Must be at least a junior in high school or have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
• Must be between 17 and 35 years old.
• Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of networks, hardware, and software.
• Provide customer and network administration services.
• Construct, edit, and test computer programs.
