Responsibilities

• Support operations, maintenance, development, and security activities for finance systems, including design, testing, installation, and audit readiness.
• Act as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for technology acquisitions across the full lifecycle.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure invoices meet contract terms before authorization/payments.
• Provide analyses and recommendations to improve efficiency and meet program objectives.
• Support funding estimations, formulations, apportionments, and budgeting processes.
