Qualifications

• 10+ years in compliance, internal controls, ITGC/ITAC testing, or internal audit in large enterprises.
• 5+ years of experience in Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day IT SOX operations and deliver the program.
• Translate strategy into quarterly plans and ensure on‑time SOX calendar delivery.
• Direct remediation coordination and verify closure.
• Drive remediation tracking and escalate unresolved issues.
• Produce detailed reporting and dashboards for executives.
• Chair CAB meetings and enforce decisions.
• Liaise with process owners on SOX requirements and evidence standards.
• Support continuous improvement for control design and testing efficiency.
• Participate in change reviews to minimize SOX risk.
• Maintain SOX documentation and traceability.
• Leverage AI/automation for testing, monitoring, and remediation workflows.
