Job summary

The Jackson National Life Insurance Company seeks an IT SOX Lead to manage Sarbanes-Oxley and Model Audit Rule compliance across information technology controls supporting financial reporting.

You will coordinate with internal and external auditors, perform risk assessments, and drive control improvements, including automation opportunities, to strengthen IT governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of information system audit or risk management experience.
• SOX program experience required.
• Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
• SEC experience preferred.
• Big 4 auditing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT SOX and Model Audit Rule compliance efforts with internal and external auditors.
• Perform IT control risk assessments and scoping for testing of ITGCs and ITACs.
• Advise on remediation and process improvements, including automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with audit teams and business owners to ensure effective control design.
