Dassault Systèmes is recruiting an IT Sourcing Manager for its North American Procurement Department, which covers multiple business units across the US, Canada, and Latin America.

The IT Sourcing Manager – Americas will report to the Director of Procurement Americas. The role can be based in Waltham, MA (US HQ) or New York, NY. 3DS employees enjoy a hybrid work schedule; three days in office, two days remote. You will work closely with the Local and Global Procurement Teams based in Waltham, New York, and France.

• Develop and implement category strategies for IT procurement and sourcing activities.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects including RFx development, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure service quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost‑saving opportunities and industry trends.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, service‑level agreements (SLAs), and contractual protections.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and scorecards.
• Identify and mitigate supply, financial, cybersecurity, and compliance risks within the IT supply chain.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and spend analysis activities.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements and procurement best practices.
• Manage renewals, software licensing, and vendor consolidation initiatives where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management with a focus on IT.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience sourcing IT categories such as SaaS, cloud infrastructure, telecom, hardware, or IT services.
• Knowledge of procurement systems and sourcing tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP/procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, data privacy, and software licensing models.

Salary Pay Transparency

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $120,000 and $140,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
