Job summary

You will negotiate with customers, oversee configuration and testing, manage the IT service lifecycle, and mentor development staff in a matrixed environment. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT services lifecycle and recommend patches and upgrades.
• Oversee IT support for GIS customers and ensure service levels.
• Plan and manage projects with scope, timeline, budget and quality.
• Mentor solutions development staff and share expertise.
