Duration: 12 months
Screeninginterview during the technical interview, then a 2 nd round.

Typicaltask breakdown:

• Leadthe architecture, design, development, and testing of modern softwaresolutions, prototypes, pilots, and reusable platform capabilities.
  
• Evaluate,prototype, and apply emerging technologies such as generative AI, agenticworkflows, retrieval-augmented generation, cloud-native services, APIs,automation, and data-driven application patterns.
  
• Translatebusiness opportunities, product goals, and technical requirements intoscalable software designs, solution patterns, technical roadmaps, andimplementation plans.
  
• Mentorengineers, provide technical direction, facilitate design reviews, andpromote a culture of experimentation, learning, engineering excellence,and responsible technology adoption.
  
• Collaboratewith product managers, architects, data scientists, cybersecurity,infrastructure, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions alignedto organizational goals and risk expectations.
  
• Defineand implement technical evaluation methods, including proof-of-conceptsuccess criteria, model or system performance measures, quality gates,automated testing, monitoring, and production readiness reviews.
  
• Identifytechnical risks, dependencies, integration needs, security considerations,and operational constraints early in the solution lifecycle and recommendpractical mitigation strategies.

Education& Experience Required:

• Bachelor’sdegree (technology-related field) with 8+ years of experience in thiscapacity
