It’s every one of us working together.We offer a place where you can feel safe, be supported, and make an impact so we can all focus on the future together.**Position Summary:** The IT Site Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the local IT infrastructure and systems at the [insert site name, e.g., production facility/office]. This individual will serve as the main technical contact onsite, ensuring smooth IT operations in alignment with Huhtamaki’s global IT policies and standards.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage daily operations of site IT infrastructure (network, servers, workstations, printers, and other peripherals).* Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for end users (hardware, software, connectivity, and applications).* Ensure compliance with Huhtamaki’s IT security policies and procedures.* Install, configure, and update hardware and software in collaboration with the central IT team.* Maintain inventory and asset management of IT equipment at the site.* Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and support of site IT equipment as needed.* Support onboarding and offboarding processes for site employees regarding IT access and equipment.* Document technical issues and resolutions, updating helpdesk tickets and knowledge base as required.* Train staff on standard IT processes, cybersecurity best practices, and company-approved software.* Participate in global IT projects and rollout of new systems to the site.* Monitor system performance, perform regular backups, and support disaster recovery planning.* Uphold a high level of customer service and timely communication with users and stakeholders.**Qualifications:*** Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar IT support or administration role.* Strong knowledge of Windows server/client environments, networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), Active Directory, and Office 365.* Experience with IT security concepts, backup solutions, and remote support tools.* Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently and in a team.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, MCSA, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.**What We Offer:*** A collaborative, safety-focused work environment.* Opportunities for professional growth and training.* Competitive salary and benefits.* The chance to contribute to sustainable solutions for a better future.Join us.
