ITSM FieldTechs in Missouri is seeking reliable technicians to travel to commercial, residential, and business locations to install and maintain IT and low-voltage systems, including CCTV and POS. This role suits independent contractors, gig workers, students, or interns with practical IT skills.

We offer competitive compensation paid biweekly, mileage reimbursement at the federal rate, and same-day reimbursement for approved parts with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and maintaining IT and low-voltage systems.
• Ability to document work clearly with notes and photos.
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Strong communication with dispatch and clients.
• Own a basic toolkit, mobile phone, and laptop.
• -capable of independent work and completing field tasks.

Responsabilités

• Travel to commercial, residential, and business locations for assignments.
• Install and maintain IT and low-voltage systems.
• Troubleshoot POS installations and peripheral swaps.
• Provide security camera and CCTV system support.
• Handle ATM and kiosk-related tasks.
• Execute network cabling work (Cat5e/Cat6) including testing.
• Support drive-thru system operations.
• Address other field service requests as they arise.

Salary: $30,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Solid field experience with IT and low-voltage systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites
• Capacity to communicate effectively with both dispatch and clients
• Ownership of a basic tool kit, mobile phone, and laptop
• Ability to document work clearly with notes and photographs when needed

Responsibilities:

• Travel to commercial, residential, and business locations for various assignments
• Install and maintain IT and low-voltage systems
• Troubleshoot issues related to POS installations and peripheral swaps
• Provide support for security camera and CCTV systems
• Handle ATM and kiosk-related tasks
• Execute network cabling work, including running, terminating, and testing Cat5e/Cat6
• Support drive-thru system operations
• Address other relevant field service requests as they arise
