Leeds Professional Resources is seeking a Service Desk Associate to support a private equity firm's Miami office. The role involves onsite and remote IT support for desktop OS, Office apps, email, and endpoint management, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality user service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT support, strong Windows troubleshooting, and experience with O365, SharePoint, AD, DNS/DHCP, and SCCM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of work experience with progressively more responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Windows OS troubleshooting.
  • Strong background in Microsoft O365 Suite including SharePoint and Windows workstations.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policies, MS 365 Suite including SharePoint.
  • MS Exchange and MS Windows Server experience are required.
  • Experience with Endpoint management and Mobile Device management.
  • Experience with SCCM or any imaging technology, Firewalls, Switches preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Understand, troubleshoot, and remediate issues with desktop infrastructure and applications (Outlook, Office, Adobe, network printing, VPN, etc.).
  • Serve as first point of contact for endpoint incident troubleshooting.
  • Thoroughly and accurately understand issues and analyze the problem in a systematic fashion.
  • Troubleshoot virtual conferencing systems (Such as Zoom) and support conference room technology.
  • Troubleshoot iPhones and iPads; review ticket queues and manage priority and tasks while communicating updates to end users.
  • Assist in designing and documenting end user solutions.
  • Configure and deploy Windows Laptops.
  • Assist in managing and delivering IT related projects.

Our client is a leading private equity firm focused on the software and technology-enabled services sectors.

Position Overview:

Our client is currently seeking an energetic and positive Service Desk Associate that will work onsite at thier Miami location helping deliver white glove IT support. This associate will work on a variety of user facing technologies, including desktop operating systems, enterprise productivity applications, email and endpoint protection and management solutions. This team member will provide high-quality customer service and ensure that IT systems and equipment issues are resolved in a timely manner to keep the team productive. Support will be offered both onsite and remotely for the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
