The IT Senior Applications Analyst’s role is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in‑house information systems that support core organizational functions. This is achieved by maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve systems issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.
Light Work. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, and/or 7+ years equivalent work experience.
Base Salary Range: $86,640.00 - $95,760.00 USD

As a result, salaried employees are eligible for paid time off beginning upon hire. Salaried positions (project engineers and above) participate in an annual bonus plan, subject to company and employee performance. Salaried employees (this is all salaried employees) are also eligible for a company cell phone or cell phone allowance in accordance with company policy. Further, salaried employees (project engineers and above) also receive either a vehicle or vehicle allowance in accordance with Hensel Phelps’ policies. Based on position location, a cost of living adjustment (COLA) may also be included (subject to periodic review and adjustment).
