Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain security camera systems (CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR).
• Run and terminate network cables for cameras and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform routine IT system maintenance (computers, routers, switches, printers).
• Configure network devices and ensure connectivity for security systems.
• Test and monitor installed cameras for proper operation and security coverage.
• Provide technical support to staff and clients as needed.
• Maintain installation/configuration/repair documentation.
• Ensure installations comply with safety and security standards.
• Respond to service calls for system maintenance and repairs.
