Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an IT Security Specialist to lead SailPoint IAM efforts within a large enterprise. You will architect and automate IAM security services, collaborate with architects, engineers, and operations, and drive secure, scalable identity solutions across teams.

The role requires deep SailPoint experience, IAM protocols knowledge, and a solid track record in security engineering. Hybrid work in LA or Orlando is offered, with long-term project stability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IAM/enterprise tech environments.
• 3+ years running SailPoint at scale in medium-to-large orgs.
• 2+ years with outsourced suppliers.
• Experience with ID lifecycles (HCM/SAP/Workday) and IAM data integration.
• Experience automating access provisioning/deprovisioning and access reviews.
• Familiarity with SCIM, OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, LDAP, SPIFFE.
• Knowledge of secure engineering and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and automate IAM security solutions within enterprise IAM services.
• Implement integration and deployment of IAM services with architects and engineers.
• Maintain platform engineering processes including evaluation, testing, and service designs.

What You Will Do

We are looking for a Security Engineer to join the Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management (IAM) group. This group's core mission is providing a Core IAM ecosystem of security services, platforms, and solutions in use across the company by team members, employees, and partners within business segments and corporate functions. Our vision is to provide advanced Identity and Access Management capabilities and services that are simple, seamless, and secure to protect our workforce, our data, and our brands.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain and automate IAM security solutions within a vendor-provided enterprise IAM service/platform protecting thousands of internal applications and data of hundreds of thousands of team members, employees, and partners.
• Implements solutions for the technical integration and implementation of our IAM services in coordination with IAM domain architects, team lead, service leads, software engineers, and our operations teams.
• In collaboration with domain architects and team leads to maintain all aspects of the platform engineering process including service/product technical evaluation process, lab testing, and service solution design.
• Collaborates with senior team members to ensure all security and compliance standards are upheld as the service delivery team including remediating vulnerabilities, driving compliance evidence collection, and following all change management processes while also providing on call support and incident response and RCA.
• Collaborates closely with software engineering teams in support of their custom developed solutions and products that integrate with vendor platforms
• Grows a strong knowledge of emerging technologies and trends

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in IT Enterprise Technology, supporting identity and access (IAM), enterprise platforms, and/or collaboration ecosystems within diverse enterprises
• 3+ years of confirmed running SailPoint (ISC) at scale within a medium-to-large enterprise environment
• 2+ years' experience working with suppliers in an outsourced environment
• Identity Lifecycle Management, HCM (e.g., SAP, Workday) and IAM Data Integration
• IAM-related Protocols/Standards such as SCIM, OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, LDAP, SPIFFE, etc.
• Experience automating access provisioning and deprovisioning
• Experience with access review campaign setup and execution
• Familiarity with zero standing access concepts and policy-based access management
• Experience automating common operational tasks, web service/API integration, and deployment activities in scripting/programming languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
• Understand secure engineering principles (secure secrets management, encrypted transports, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivering solutions through sprint planning activities

• Solid grasp with critical data handling such as SOX, PCI and PII, Safe Harbor
• SailPoint Certifications
• Professional certifications in other identity and access management platforms and products (SailPoint ISC, Active Directory, Okta, etc.)
• CISSP/Security Certifications

Education

• BS or BA degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
