Job summary

Uline is seeking an IT Security Administrator at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The role focuses on administering and maintaining IT security applications, strengthening our security controls and protecting our growing North American business.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to implement security procedures, contribute to threat operations, and translate complex security concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• 5+ years of IT security operations experience.
• Proven experience with enterprise-level applications and security practices.
• Security+ or CISSP certification is highly desirable.

Position Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT security applications and systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with organizational security objectives.
• Collaborate with IT and other business teams to design and implement robust security procedures that strengthen our security posture while supporting seamless business operations.
• Contribute to our threat operations program, including personnel support, policy enforcement and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
• Communicate technical security concepts effectively to business users, developers, architects and managers.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• 5+ years of IT security operations experience.
• Proven experience with enterprise-level applications and security practices.
• Professional certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
