As an employee of Boehringer Ingelheim, you will actively contribute to the discovery, development, and delivery of our products to our patients and customers. Our global presence provides opportunity for all employees to collaborate internationally, offering visibility and opportunity to directly contribute to the companies' success. We realize that our strength and competitive advantage lie with our people. We support our employees in several ways to foster a healthy working environment, meaningful work, mobility, networking, and work-life balance. Our competitive compensation and benefit programs reflect Boehringer Ingelheim's high regard for our employees.

The IT Rotation Program is designed to accelerate the early development of these individuals by offering the opportunity to experience several rotational assignments within IT. This position will provide candidates the ability to “learn by doing” as well as provide greater exposure to various towers within the business and a better understanding of Boehringer Ingelheim. An IT executive will sponsor the program, which will consist of several rotations (approximately six (6) months per rotation) within the specific business function over a period of two (2) years. This could include either a domestic or international rotation, contingent upon business need.

Participants will gain exposure to multiple IT functions, senior leadership, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional business partners while building a broad understanding of technology within a global pharmaceutical organization.

Boehringer will be hiring 3 people for this great opportunity:

  • Ridgefield, CT office – 2 Positions
  • Duluth/Johns Creek, Gainesville, or Athens Georgia – 1 Position

For these roles, we are unable to sponsor the successful candidate for work authorization in the U.S. The successful candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship currently and in the future.
