Revance is seeking a Technical Leader to oversee end-to-end design and management of cross-functional application systems. This role will ensure data integrity and compliance while managing a team of validation engineers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in an IT Business Application and Relationship Management role in a Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical environment.
• Extensive experience in IT R&D lab systems, laboratory informatics, and CSV in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of GxP, data integrity, SDLC, and validated system support.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the IT R&D lab systems.
• Manage system rollouts and ensure project compliance.
• Build and manage a team of validation engineers and system administrators.
