Job summary

Horizon Global Partners LLC (HgP) is seeking a Project Manager (PMP) to provide IT project management and PMO support for the United States Capitol Police (USCP) Office of Information Services (OIS). The Project Manager will support multiple projects of varying size and complexity and work closely with Government stakeholders to maintain scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, including enterprise-level initiatives.
• PMP certification and Agile certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple IT projects, potentially supporting up to 10 projects simultaneously.
• Work with USCP OIS staff and stakeholders to maintain alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, requirements, communications, agendas, schedules, and status reports.
• Identify, track, and facilitate resolution of project risks and issues.
• Manage approved changes to scope, schedule, and cost.
• Apply Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies as appropriate.
• Monitor project performance using Microsoft Project, Teams/Planner, Planner Premium, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and/or PPM dashboards.
• Support PMO governance, internal reviews, findings tracking, and stakeholder reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, including enterprise-level initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification — required.
• Agile certification — required (CSM, PMI-ACP, PSM, or equivalent).
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
