Qualifications

• 5+ years managing IT projects independently.
• Proven success delivering large-scale Microsoft, networking, and cybersecurity implementations.
• Strong experience in VAR or MSP environments.
• Expertise in building detailed project plans with technical SME input.
• Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong risk management and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of integrated IT solutions.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, and resource coordination.
• Develop and maintain master project plans and status reporting.
• Monitor project health and manage risks.
• Lead technical meetings and document outcomes.
• Create and manage change orders.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Mentor junior PMs.
• Present project updates to leadership.
