Job summary

Lennar is seeking an LTG Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, partnering with Product and Delivery teams. The role requires disciplined planning, strong communication, and an ability to keep schedules, budgets, and dependencies visible.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience, Lean/Agile knowledge, and familiarity with modern PM tools like GitHub Projects and LLMs. Base compensation ranges reflect market for Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and dependency logs.
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with facilitation skills.
• Experience with GitHub Projects, LLMs, and other PM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the project schedule, milestone plan, and release calendar, delivering on time and within scope.
• Build and manage the project budget, tracking actuals against forecast.
• Manage project capacity planning to ensure the right resources are allocated to the work.
• Track and manage cross-team dependencies and blockers.
• Maintain the risk and issue log with clear mitigation actions.
• Escalate blockers to program leadership with recommended actions.
• Produce status reports and executive dashboards for leadership.
• Facilitate the project ceremonies and capture action items.
• Apply Lean and Agile principles to drive delivery efficiency and continuous improvement.
