Job summary

Oxford Global Resources seeks an experienced Project Manager to enforce governance across multiple projects within DHS environments. You will craft schedules, staff resources, and oversee procurement of vendor products and services, reporting to the Executive Steering Committee.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to project governance structures and templates.
• Develop and monitor project schedules.
• Identify and staff needed resources.
• Coordinate procurement of vendor products and implementation services.
• Provide status updates to the Executive Steering Committee.
• Lead project meetings and track progress.
• Manage scope and minimize scope creep.
• Communicate clearly with business and IT stakeholders.
• Support portfolio, project and program management improvements.
